Terms and conditions

The vehicle has comprehensive insurance with a €700 deductible (this means that in the event of an accident, damages that do not exceed €700 will be at your expense). A €700 deposit is required, which will be refunded upon returning the vehicle if no incidents have occurred.

We offer the option to take out additional insurance to reduce the deductible to €200. In this case, the deposit will be €200.

How to Return the Motorhome or Camper

• Cleaning:
  • Interior: Must be clean, swept, and free of trash bags or food leftovers in the fridge and cupboards (we offer a cleaning service for €30).
  • Exterior: No need to clean.
• Water:
  • Fresh water: Does not need to be full.
  • Grey water (shower and sinks): Does not need to be emptied.
  • WC: Must be emptied (can be done at our facilities).
• Gas: Propane: Does not need to be full.
• Diesel: Tank must be full (we offer refueling service during working hours). If less than 3L is missing, the full cost of refueling will be charged.
• AdBlue: Tank must be full.
• IMPORTANT: Filling the water tank with diesel will result in loss of the entire deposit.

Return Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM.
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
• Saturday afternoon, Sundays, and public holidays: Non-attended returns before 7:00 PM. Take photos of the vehicle from all four sides while parked in front of the warehouse and send them to Tel. 621 245 855. Drop the keys into the green mailbox at the small door.
• Late returns:
• Between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM: €50 surcharge.
• After 9:00 PM: An extra rental day will be charged, and the return will take place the next day.

Some Tips

• Maximum speed limit: 100 km/h.
• You can stay overnight anywhere you are allowed to park, as long as there is no explicit prohibition for motorhomes or campers.
• Avoid staying overnight at highway service areas.
• We are not responsible for lost items.
• Do not leave valuables in plain sight.
• Roadside assistance is available throughout Europe (does not include beaches or unpaved roads).
• Maximum height: 3.30 m (motorhome) and 2.70 m (camper).
• Watch out for trees, balconies, and toll booth access.

Cancellation Policy

• 50% refund of the deposit up to 1 month before departure.
• No refund for cancellations less than 1 month before departure.

Cancellation Guarantee

• We offer the option to take out a guarantee that allows a 100% refund of the deposit until the last moment.
• The cost of the guarantee is 10% of the total deposit.
